Welcome to the CSAT Website !
There are lots of TDCJ Employee related associations out there, but there is only one CSAT ! We are dedicated
to serving all TDCJ supervisors, from Sergeant on up, and anything in between. We deal with issues specific to supervisors.
From personnel and training issues , to promotions. We encourage a family type atmosphere here, and will promote lots of family
based activities, and community based projects .

There are thousands of organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. There are so many reasons why one should
consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. By building an effective web site, we hope to get our message
out to a larger audience of people interested in similar TDCJ related issues.

A Word From Your State TXCSAT President;
We are experiencing tremendous growth here at TXCSAT . All of our membership comes
from word of mouth , and we owe our membership success to our current members themselves. If you have already sent in your
membership application, be patient, we are processing them as fast as possible. If your curious about what we do, or what
our plans are for the future,read up on us here on the website. We are not here to beg for your money, we are non-profit ,and
all non-paid volunteers. We hope to be able to make a difference in the way TDCJ looks at not only it's supervisors, but all
employees. We hope to eventually become a strong force in future legislation regarding TDCJ. It's all in organization, and
we encourage everyone that views this site to forward it to every TDCJ supervisor they know. This site will begin a huge
transformation in the coming weeks, please be patient with our construction mess. Also, we are still in need of regional administration.
